Meetings & Member Participation
Regular membership meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, with the exception of July and August. These meetings are an important part of club governance and member involvement.
A longstanding tradition of the club is the monthly dinner meeting, where members gather for a shared meal before the membership meeting. Prepared and served by members, this tradition reflects the strong sense of camaraderie and volunteer spirit that continues to define the organization.
Active member participation remains essential to the club’s success. Volunteers support a wide range of activities and operational needs that help maintain the grounds, organize events, and sustain the club’s day-to-day operations.
Communication
The club maintains a monthly newsletter as its primary means of communication with the membership. The newsletter includes club news, upcoming events, meeting information, and other important updates.
Currently, a majority of members receive the newsletter electronically, and the club continues moving toward full digital distribution to improve communication and efficiency while maintaining strong engagement with the membership.

These efforts reflect an ongoing commitment to renewing and strengthening the club’s connection with the local community.
